[arm-gnu] Distributing Binaries?

So this is really a GPL question rather than anything ARM-specific...
After much trial and error I've managed to get a build of G++ Lite for
ARM working on Mac OS X. In order to spare others that nuisance, I
might like to share this with other Mac users (noncommercially, if
there was any concern there), and while I can now provide them with a
"walkthrough" of the build process starting from the original
CodeSourcery source package, the whole procedure is rather tedious and
it might be nice just to provide pre-built binaries.
Now, it's my understanding that this is kosher under the GPL provided
the source is made available. My question is (or rather, my second
question, the first being whether the assertion of the prior sentence
is even correct), are the requirements for "available" met in
providing a link to the G++ Lite packages page (on codesourcery.com)
along with my walkthrough directions, or may/must I provide my own
downloadable source package with the necessary changes made?
Any guidance appreciated. Thanks much!
