Doh!  I've checksum'd the wrong file.  The correct value is:

c71816fc000fe2969a5bdabf3f769614  arm-2004-q3d-arm-none-eabi.src.tar.bz2

The other oddity is that although the GCC source file in the package is
a ".tar.gz" file it is actually a bzip'd file, not a gzip'd file.  Use
"tar xjf" to unpack it.
