the 2008q3-66 compiler calls the assembler 'as' in place of
'arm-none-eabi-as.exe'.
The silly effects can be avoided by:
- insuring that no other 'as.exe' is reachable in you current PATH
(modify your PATH when necessary)
- rename or copy "arm-none-eabi-as.exe" as "as.exe"
It seems that this issue was not exisiting in the 2006q3 that we used
before.
Can you give us an example that shows the compiler driver running the
wrong as.exe?
