[arm-gnu] a gcc can run on target

Hi there

I want to compile (through cmake )an game api(allegro ) on the am3517
evm, but I can't find any gcc (from toolchain )which can run on the
target, if there are any gcc I can use on target and I just miss it?
Do I have to compile every thing on host?
