[arm-gnu] Android support?

Hi,

I wanted to know if this compiler could be used for compiling certain
libraries for Android? I wanted to take advantage of the NEON code
generation without having to change the code, and was wondering if I could
use it to compile certain libraries only with this compiler. Also, if
someone has experience doing this, would like to get quick pointers /
gotchas for doing it.
