It was a registration ballot (a bureaucratic process), informing the community that the C++ committee promises to deliver that as part of the next version of C++. Nobody has voted anything into the working paper yet. Nobody is going to vote something in the working paper without seeing what exactly what the words say. We still have lot of work ahead. -- Gaby
