32 bit ABI for IA-64?

It seems that there is no longer a 32 bit ABI in the Unix Design Guide for
IA64, only a 64 bit one. Is anyone still doing a 32 bit ABI, and if so,
can we discuss C/C++ layout for that?
I have heard that Linux/IA64 and Solaris/IA64 don't support a 32 bit IA-64
ABI, only a 32 bit IA-32 ABI. Can anyone confirm this?
