First cut at a version of Particles SpatialLayout that is tailored for NewFields using the UniformRectilinear specialization of FieldEngine. The code relies on the positions field defined in NewField/Mesh/PositionFunctions.h to convert between index space and position space and determine on which patch particles should reside.
