PATCH: Remove Doof2dGMP

Stephen Smith recently merged all of the Doof2d files except these. A
QMTrack bug report has been filed, asking that the grid multipatch
ideas be merged into the Doof2d code but using the Doof2d algorithm,
not the slightly different Doof2dGMP algorithms.

Use 'cvs update -P' to remove empty directories.

Applied to	mainline
Nothing to test.
Approved by	Stephen Smith.

Thanks,
Jeffrey D. Oldham
