The problem appears to be that your version of GLIBC is not 2.1.3,
or higher.  (Do you know what version of glibc is running on your
system?)

We will improve the error message, and also explicitly note the
dependency on the C library version on the download page.

I suggest buildling QMTest from source for your system.
