There's no way to do that at present, and it's non-trivial to do.

It would be nice to be able to completely restart QMTest from within the
GUI.  One reason to do this is to point it at another test database;
another reason would be to reload test classes.

I'll add this ot the list of things we'd like to do for version 2.0.
