Oops, this was meant to be a temporary hack to avoid reconfiguring:
CC_SPU := @CC_SPU@
+CXX_SPU := spu-g++ ## @CXX_SPU@
EMBED_SPU := @EMBED_SPU@ -m32
CPP_SPU_FLAGS := @CPP_SPU_FLAGS@
The checked in patch will handle this more reasonably (configure will
set CXX_SPU).
