CodeSourcery awarded extension to Phase II SBIR

CodeSourcery has been awarded an extension to its Phase II SBIR contract
with the United States Air Force Research Laboratory to continue its
development of Sourcery VSIPL++.

This contract extension will provide significant additional development
resources.  Under the contract, CodeSourcery will be developing new
optimizations, benchmarks, and documentation.

In addition, CodeSourcery will provide Sourcery VSIPL++ Lite (comprising
core functionality and support for MPI) under a BSD-style license.  All
of Sourcery VSIPL++ will continue to be available under the GPL as well.
