G++ for ARM Question

We recently received Sourcery G++ for ARM on demo basis. I am trying to
compile a simple hello world program using the command line compiler. I used
the -mcpu=arm920t option and had no errors compiling. When I load the the
executable to the target board I cannot run it. I get and error saying
permission denied. I have verified the required library is on the target and
the attributes changed to allow execution.
