[arm-gnu] Makefile Help

I'm a Makefile newbie.  I'm using Codesourcery g++ lite for the first time.  I've been using Keil uVision3 for a while and never had to mess with Makefiles. I read throuh "Building_bare-metal_ARM_with_GNU.pdf" but that is a little advanced for me right now.

I'm trying to convert this WinARM blinky project Makefile (for Keil LPC2129 MCB2100 board) into a CodeSourcery Makefile. The project is here: http://www.siwawi.arubi.uni-kl.de/avr_projects/arm_projects/#lpcio_irq. ;

I figured it would be as simple as replacing the gnu-gcc compiler with the CodeSourcery compiler like this:

# WinARM Makefile
# Define programs and commands.
SHELL = sh
CC = arm-elf-gcc
CPP = arm-elf-g++
OBJCOPY = arm-elf-objcopy
OBJDUMP = arm-elf-objdump
SIZE = arm-elf-size
NM = arm-elf-nm
REMOVE = rm -f
COPY = cp

# My Proposed CodeSourcery Makefile
# Define programs and commands.
SHELL = sh
CC = arm-none-eabi-gcc
CPP = arm-none-eabi-g++
OBJCOPY = arm-none-eabi-objcopy
OBJDUMP = arm-none-eabi-objdump
SIZE = arm-none-eabi-size
NM = arm-none-eabi-nm
REMOVE = cs-rm -f
COPY = cp

But I get the following errors. Can someone point me in the right directions??

C:\blinky>cs-make all
